Procedure for Hiring Halls & Church
Our parish has two halls, one beside each church. Each is available for hire and is used regularly by a variety of local groups. In addition the Church of the Resurrection Hall has an adjoining Committee room which is also available for hire.
If you want to see what goes on regularly in either hall or see if it might be available for you to hire, select the appropriate hall calendar below.
If you are interested in hiring one of our halls or the church, please follow the procedure as listed to help us help you as quickly as possible.
Please use email first where possible. If you telephone and require a return call, please give a landline number as a contact. Our bookings secretaries are charged in excess of £0.30 per minute to call mobile numbers.
However if you are trying to arrange a special ceremony, for example, a baptism, wedding or a funeral please contact the Rector, Paul Gully CLICK HERE.

- Check the restriction documents for any exclusions e.g. bouncy castle use
- Contact the relevant bookings secretary to confirm that the date is still available. Your requested date will then be ‘pencilled’ in.
- Download, complete the relevant booking form, complete with any deposits required and return to the address on the form within two weeks.
